Warranty & Delivery 

DELIVERY DATE:

For ATV (QUADS) and GO CART, we can finish our production in 10-15 days after receipt of 30% deposit or the copy of L/C. Refer to other models , finish the production in 7 days .

PAYMENT METHOD:

We accept the method of payment as following:

1. 30% deposit in advance before delivery .

The rest of 70% is paid against the copy of B/L .

2. Irrevocable L/C at sight .

SAMPLE REGULATION:

Refer to one sample by sea or by air , we will charge all total cost at first . When customers give us a order of full container in future , we will refund sample cost to them . If more than one sample , how much we will refund depend on the order .

SHIPPING COST AND FORWARDER:

If you want to know the shipping cost , you need to check by sea or by air. By air , you need to check the model and quantity for each model , also the airport nearest to you . By sea , you need to check the model and quantity for each model , also the shipping port nearest to you. So that we can confirm the total cost for you .

GUARRANTY
Our products are of top quality.
This warranty offer is as extra step to show you how much we care about our products!
1. We always send 2% free spare parts together with container when order reaches one full container for single model. Normally, this is enough for you to remain the products in good working conditions. If you need more spare parts, you can buy with us.
2. All products sold on TOPTOM include a 6-months parts warranty. It is valid after the date of arrival.
3. This 6-months warranty covers all parts necessary to remain product in working condition.
4. Warranty is only valid if a product has malfunction due to manufacturers defect. It does not cover user negligence, error, recklessness or damage during transportation.
5. Shipping fees are not included under this warranty policy; if a product needs to be parts services then the owner must pay for shipping fees.
6. Owner must contact TOPTOM prior to any warranty claim. Buyer must present evidence that the claimed products were bought with TOPTOM and the malfunction is due to manufacturer's defect. All warranty claims must be authorized and accepted by TOPTOM in advance
