Question 1:How Can I Get Help If The ATV Has Some Problems?    

Answer: Pls ask our dealers for help. If you can not get help, pls derectly talk to us. We will find a way to solve your problems. 

Question 2: Can I Buy One Sample For Quality Test?    
Answer:Samples are available, but the sample cost and freight are for your account. 

Question 3: Do You Have MOQ Requirement?    
Answer:No, we have not MOQ requirement for the trial order.

Question 4:  What About The Packing?    
Answer: ATV is packed in an iron pallet with wheels disassembled.

Question 5:  Can I Place OEM Orders?    
Answer:Yes, OEM orders are welcomed.

Question 6.  Can I Get The ATV Which Comes With Remote Control And Camo Colors?    
Answer:Remote Control and Camo Colors are available, just plus additional cost. 

Question 7  What Should I Do, When I Find The Battery Does Not Work After Starting It A Few Times?  
Answer: Make sure to drive the ATV at least 10kms, or keep the engine working for 10 minutes after starting it for the first time.

Question 8  Is It Possible To Equip With Turning Lights On The ATV With Less Than 90cc Engine?    
Answer:It is absolutely possible, just plus ten days more to delivery.

Question 9  Do you have the free spare parts for the order?
Answer: Yes,We have 2% spare parts,but only for FCL order .

Question 10.  What Is Your Quality Warranty? 
Answer: We have 3 months warranty(engine for 6-12 months), if the bikes are broken within this time, we will send the new parts free charge for you to replace, but you must be sure that the bikes are not broken by the people who intent to break the bike. And also must be sure that our bikes not broken on the way of shipment. But of course you must attention that if the bikes was broken by your shipping company, we will not send the news part to you,if the bikes was broken by our company or our shipping company,we will send you our news parts.
